Aware is an app with meditation courses and techniques for mindfulness. In the first course, called 'Foundation,' you'll learn how to practice mindfulness over the course of 21 days, during which you'll learn various relaxation and mindfulness techniques. Only the first seven days are free, however. You'll need to get a monthly or annual subscription if you want to keep using the courses and techniques available on the app.
Although 'Foundation' is the first course recommended to any new user, it's not the only thing you can try. You'll also find a dozen different courses with various themes, like self-esteem, pregnancy, anger, and sleep. There are also some single-session courses for eating, cooking, and traveling.
Aware will help you learn more about yourself and help you love yourself and be happier. Thanks to its large variety of courses, you can focus on whatever is important to you and your own personal development.
